STATE FARM Lead Product Designer UI/UX May 2021 - Present
Led the design of the customer’s billing, payments, and checkout experience from concept to final product, ensuring consistency and quality across all stages of development.
Develop and refine design solutions that meet user needs, business goals, and technical requirements, incorporating feedback from research and stakeholders.
Create and communicate design concepts through customer storyboards, wireframes, prototypes, and journey maps, ensuring clarity and alignment with the user's experience.
Manage a team of designers while collaborating with other cross-functional teams—including product managers, engineers, and researchers—to iterate on designs, advocate for design decisions, and ensure successful project execution.
IBM, Watson Media & Weather Product Designer UI/UX Jan 2017 - Sept 2020
Collaborated with product management and engineering to define and implement innovative solutions for the product direction, visuals, and experiences for iOS and Android platforms across two major products: The Weather Channel App and Weather Underground.
Created an agile approach to our design development with multi-disciplinary teams, which helped shape how users connect with the weather daily while meeting company goals.
